Bringing a friend is easy

Consider the following points when applying:

Please make sure you've signed up to get the most up-to-date information on your favourite programmes. Please ensure, that you are still successfully enrolled with us or successfully finished your studies.
It's important that the people you recommend use the same email address that you used to register with IU or your official IU email address if you are currently enrolled (only important if your friends don't use your personalised referral link).
The person you refer must be new to IU and not already registered in our system.
You can combine this campaign with other IU campaigns.

The rules are simple

Bring a Friend Terms and Conditions

The reward for the recruitment of a student or an attendee will only be paid out if the recruited person has fully enrolled at a study programme at IU (Speexx is not a valid study programme) and has begun the study programme. A student receives this status as soon as all documents for full enrollment have been submitted. For claiming the payout, it is necessary that the referred person names the recommender in the online application of IU International University of Applied Sciences along with the recommender’s official IU e-mail address. After the application no recommendation is possible anymore. A reward will not be paid if the recruited person has already contacted IU before he/she was recruited. In addition, the commercial marketing of the Bring a Friend campaign on websites or in similar forms is strictly prohibited. Staff members of IU Group, IU Unibuddy Student Ambassadors or any of its subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in the Bring a Friend campaign.

Reward will be paid within eight weeks after these conditions have been fulfilled. The reward will be paid in cash, via bank transfers, to persons who have an IBAN bank account in Euro currency. All others, as an alternative, will receive a value voucher for the equivalent amount of the cash bonus. Vouchers will be sent within eight weeks after the relevant conditions have been fulfilled.

All existing IU students studying on campus, can participate and recommend their family, friends and colleagues to the IU. Students can combine the ‘Bring A Friend’ campaign with any other IU promotional offers or campaigns.

The IU shall assume no liability for the due fulfilment of orders by third party online voucher websites operating in different countries. In no event shall the IU be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, damage or expenses, howsoever arising, out of or in connection with your use of these third party online voucher websites, including, without limitation, direct or indirect loss, consequential loss or damage, loss of profit or goodwill, loss of data, loss arising from use or inability to use these websites, loss arising from any errors or omissions in the Website as a result of a breach of contract, negligence, delict. In no event shall the IU be liable for any human loss or personal injury caused or suffered, at the operating units of these third party voucher websites, due to negligence or man-made events or due to natural calamities.
