Cancellation policy

The student has the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which the student receives access to the teaching material. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the student must inform IU of his/her decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-mail). He:she may use the model withdrawal form, which is made available to the student digitally in the Campus Management System, for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that he/she sends the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

IU grants the student one month, which is not charged, if the student decides not to continue the studies within the revocation period. If the student continues his/her studies and does not exercise his/her right of withdrawal, this first month shall be deemed to be a regular study period for which a fee is charged.
