1. ELIGIBILITY CHECK
Make sure to go over your uploaded documents in the checklist below. Our admissions team will then carefully review them and email you for any additional documents required, which you can then upload to the checklist. Once these are reviewed, you receive a confirmation email.
2. SECURE YOUR PLACE
Next, you'll need to pay the campus registration fee. You will then receive all the supporting documents you need from IU to apply for a visa to live and study in Germany. Our trusted visa application partner will take care of the entire process for you – from start to finish, 100% free of charge.
3. STARTING YOUR PROGRAMME
Received your visa? You are now ready to come to Germany and start your degree programme at IU! We look forward to seeing you on-campus in Berlin.

You’ll need a residence permit visa to live in Germany if you’re applying to study with us on-campus in Berlin.
