Prof. Dr. Ulrich Kerzel

A former senior data scientist at Blue Yonder, he had also worked different research positions at CERN and Cambridge University. His research work deals with modern machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Ulrich Kerzel is a professor of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at IU University of Applied Sciences.

Following his studies, Prof. Dr. Kerzel has worked in different research positions at CERN and Cambridge University, before taking up a position at Blue Yonder as a senior data scientist. There, he led the machine learning development team, oversaw industry and trade application projects, and offered seminars for various companies seeking to involve artificial intelligence in their business operations.

Ulrich Kerzel has devoted his research to the topics of modern machine learning and artificial intelligence, and the economic benefits they offer businesses.
